Key Information:

  • Please make sure you have backed up your data on your device before leaving it with us for repair as we cannot be held responsible for loss of data which may happen during the repair process, backing up a device has now been made a lot easier, if you need help with this please ask at reception.
  • It is your responsibility to remove sim cards, SD memory cards and device covers / cases, we cannot be held responsible for loss of such items.
  • Any remaining manufacturer’s warranty on your device may be void following our repair service.
  • We will test your device (where possible) before and after repair. If we are unable to test the device for any reason, for example: wrong passcode provided, then we cannot offer any guarantee on the repair work we carried out.
  • We will notify you by text or voice call when your device is ready to collect. If the device is not collected within 7 days of being notified, there may be an additional charge, unless otherwise arranged at time of book-in. Devices left longer than 120 days will be sold to recover costs, you will be informed of this before hand by the means of the communication method you left with us at book-in time.
  • Water Damaged repairs carry a non-refundable charge of 20. This cost covers the disassembly, chemical cleaning and attempted data recovery process.
  • We only have the facility to accept CASH or CREDIT CARD, there is no facility for debit cards.
  • We store our repaired devices in a time sensitive safe, we DO NOT have facility to store devices that are not repairable, Non repairable devices are not covered by our insurance as they are seen as scrap by insurers.
