Request your repair with our online form below, pack your device and send it to us via a secure delivery service, we us Royal Mail special delivery, when we receive your device we will send you an email to let you know it has arrived and been booked into to our repair service, in the email there is a link where you can track your repair in real time and directly message us with any question you may have, if you send your device for repair we need to test it when its fixed, so you will either need to wipe the device and send it , or include your passcode, we usually repair the devices same day and post back same day via special delivery which is fully trackable.
