1. Go to options
2. Scroll to SIM CARD then press jog dial.
3. Type MEPD (not case sensitive) (You will not see text appear on screen while typing )
4. Does it say Network active? If so your phone is locked
5. Press and hold the alt key (half-moon shaped key on the lower left side)
6. As you are holding the alt key type in MEPE (not case sensitive) (You will not see text appear on screen while typing)
7. Type in the unlock code when prompted
8. After entering the code press the jog dial in

1. On the Home screen, click the Tools icon. The Options screen appears.
2. In the tools screen, the Settings icon.
3. Scroll to SIM Card and it. You should see the phone number and the SIM ID number.
4. Type mepp2 to displaythe dialog box asking for the unlock code(Press the Alt + 2 key to getthe number 2) ( you will not see textappear on screen while typing )
5. Input the SIM Unlock code

**you must have a SIM card in your phone to complete these steps (Can be active or in-active) **

6. It will say Enter Network MEP Code, then you type in the unlock code, press in the jog dial to confirm

1. Using the menu go to Settings Menu -> advanced Options -> SIM Card and press OK.
2. Type mepd (you will not see text appear on screen while typing)
3. You should now see the five locking categories listed.
4. Type mep and hold the alt button and press the number 2 digit.
5. You are now prompted to enter the Network MEP code (it will also state how many attempts left)
6. Enter the code
7. Press Return/Enter

1.Insert a non – working SIM card.
2. Ensure the phone is charged and then switch the phone on.
3. Optional Step: If the SIM card has a PIN, enter your PIN number.
4. The phone will then display a message top of the screen. The most common is Invalid SIM card.
5. Select Settings Menu, then go to Advanced Options > SIM Card
6. Type alt-MEPE by holding the ALT-key and typing the letters MEPE
7. This will not show on the screen.
8. When prompted with Enter Network MEP code (255 left) on the screen, enter the network unlock code provided for your phone then press Enter.

The handset will be unlocked automatically. This will be confirmed if you can make and receive calls with the Non-Vodafone SIM card.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Blackberry 9100

1. While on the home screen, click the settings icon
2. Click the options icon
3. Select advanced options
4. Select SIM Card

The 9105 device does not have an ALT key, however you can put it into ALT mode.
To activate ALT mode you must do the following: Press the right side Volume keys in the following sequence: up, down, up, down, up
The Alt icon should display in the top left corner of the screen.

Note: If you press the Shift key it disables the ALT mode

1. Insert SIM into device
2. Change phone to GSM mode
3. Power phone on and turn off the radio (turn Wireless Off option). This is very important!
4. Select Options, then Advanced Options
5. Scroll down and SIM Card.
6. Type MEPPD (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen).
7. Type MEPP then [ALT BUTTON] then 2 (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen).

Note: If prompt does not appear please type MEEP2

8. You should be presented with a prompt to Enter Network MEP Code.
9. Type in the 16 or 8 digit unlock-code.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Blackberry 9800 Torch

1. Click the options icon.
2. Click on device.
3. Click on Advanced System Setting.
4. Click SIM Card
5. Type MEPD using your Blackberry keyboard (You will not see any text appear) but a new screen should appear
6. Then type MEP2 (Press the Alt + 2 key to get the number 2) (You will not see text appear onscreen while typing)
7. A box will appear asking to Enter Network MEP code

Tip: Turn the phone sideways so you get the full qwerty keypad.

1. Insert any SIM card
2. Turn off all of the wireless connections
3. Go to Options
4. Select Advanced Options
5. Select SIM Card
6. Hit menu show keyboard
7. Enter mepd (you will not be able to see the typed info)
8. Enter mep2

Can be done without a SIM card inserted

1. While on the home screen, click the blackberry key on keyboard, then options.
2. Choose Advanced Options.
3. Select SIM Card
4. If there is no area to type these letters, you just type them as instructed. No need to hit keys twice to get a letter either. Type m ep p d to display the first five levels of SIM locking. Most companies use network locking so the Network should display Active. All other states should display Disabled (you will not see text appear on screen
while typing)
5. Type m e p p 2 to display the dialog box asking for the unlock code.
(Press the Alt + 2 key to get the number 2) (you will not see text
appear on screen while typing )
6. Input the SIM Unlock code
7. Press in the trackball in once

6. Input the Network Unlock code

1. Blackberry Storm: You need to ensure the SIM Card that came pre-installed in the 9530 is inserted
2. Go to Manage Connections
3. Click on Turn All Connections Off
4. Go to Options
5. Click on Status
6. (Input required info into Guarded Link to retrieve the unlock code)
7. Go back to Options
8. Click on Advanced Options
9. Click on SIM Card
10. Type MEPD (letters will not appear on-screen but a menu will pop up)
11. Type MEP2 (user will be prompted to enter MEP code)
12. Enter the unlock code (for example 1234567890123456)
13. Reboot device
14. Go to Manage Connections
15. Click on Restore Connections
16. Device is now unlocked[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
