if you have just dropped your iPhone in water in Belfast the Belfast water will wreck it ( only joking ) 🙂 , or the toilet which apparently is where 70% of water damage happens, ok we will not discuss how it happened :)-)

your probably think ohh crap (excuse the pun). but don’t panic its not that BAD, the most important factor after water damaging your iPhone, is getting it to us ASAP, (we are based in Belfast). the reason for this is, if you try to power it on you are causing damage to the components on the board, the more times you try to power it on or charge it, the more damage you are likely to cause, so the bottom line is, if you drop your phone in water, TURN IT OF AND KEEP IT OF, GET IT TO A REPAIR CENTRE TO CLEAN IT DOWN FOR WATER DAMAGE!!!

I don’t care if you turn your phone on after drying it out in rice ( which apparently works after googling “iPhone water damage “) but i can confirm that this is Bull and a myth , it may work for a while, but eventually it will fault, sooner or later it will fault and you will be left with a dead iPhone which may never be recoverable.
